How do I book?

Open the Book tab and pick a shop. At Midtown Madison, pick your barber first. The booking page opens on Setmore in Safari; choose a service and time there. Next time, Home shows a "Book with…" button for wherever you went last.

How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Appointments are handled by Setmore and the shop, not the app. Use the confirmation Setmore sends you, or call the shop.

How does the haircut reminder work?

On Home, tap Haircut Reminder, switch it on and pick how often you get a cut. You'll get a notification at 10 a.m. that many weeks after your last haircut. After a cut, tap "I Got a Haircut Today" to restart the clock. If reminders don't arrive, check that notifications are on for Bullfeathers in Settings › Notifications.

Why does the app ask for my location?

Only if you tap "Nearest to Me" on the Locations tab, to put the closest shop first. It's optional; everything else works without it.

Are the prices current?

The app shows the shop's standard prices. They vary a little by shop and barber, and the booking page always shows the exact price.
